Ribadisco che nei luoghi di vacanza si vende tutto, ma perché non venderlo prima e meglio?? L’intervento non ha un costo per il proprietario, si paga da se con la vendita, la valutazione viene fatta dall’agente immobiliare insieme al proprietario e al professionista che si occupa di effettuarlo, è chiaro che il mediatore non interviene su un immobile il cui proprietario chiede un valore troppo alto rispetto a quello realizzabile concretamente,
