Thirty years of entrepreneurial experience, over fifteen in real estate, and one passion that has never changed: helping people find home. I am Luciana Maulo, and #casALCONERO is the project where I have put all of this.
A Digital and Human Approach
I chose the hashtag as the symbol of the brand because today the right home, and the right agent, are found online before they are found in person. I promote every property on social media as well, with carefully curated content that brings only genuinely interested visits: less wasted time, more real results. But technology remains a tool. What truly matters is listening, from the first viewing to the signing.
My Method
With buyers, I always start by listening: understanding what someone truly needs allows me to select only the right properties, without wasting their time on visits that do not fit. With sellers, the work begins with valuing the property correctly: I never offer an inflated valuation just to win the listing, but the best price that is realistically achievable, based on what each home has to offer.

#casALCONERO was born here, on the Riviera del Conero in the Marche region, a place I love and know well. I offer a full-service real estate consultancy, with a particular focus on holiday homes and second homes along this stretch of coast. Every home has a story, and my job is to find the right one for you.
