How I work with buyers from abroad
Looking for a second home, or the place where you’ll retire, on the Riviera del Conero. Living far away makes everything more complicated. Here’s how I work with people buying from another country.
BEFORE YOU TRAVEL, I SHOW YOU EVERYTHING
For every property I suggest, I send you a video: the surrounding area, its position relative to the town centre and amenities, and the condition of the house itself, inside and out, nothing hidden. We only arrange an in-person viewing once you’re genuinely interested.
I TAKE CARE OF THE PAPERWORK
Before you even arrive, I have the property checked by a trusted technical office, which verifies everything relevant to the house: land registry records, compliance, any restrictions. For the notarial side, I work with more than one notary in the Marche region, so we find the right solution for your case. The method already exists, for example a preliminary agreement with the funds held in a dedicated notary account rather than paid directly to the seller, but it’s always adapted to your specific situation.
